Love is in the Air at the Florida Theme Parks!
The Most Miserly Mom needed to help some tourists out at Blizzard Beach and Animal Kingdom last week. Were they in love? Maybe... But that wasn't the problem.... Love was in the air all right... It was Love Bug Fever!
If you aren't a local, and you have never been to Central Florida, then you might not know what I am talking about. A couple times a year we have "love bug season." Harmless insects called love bugs come out and simply fly around and well, they just fly around and mate. Hence the name "love bugs."
The tourists that don't know about them couldn't help but be afraid however, thinking that they might be biting insects with diseases and such. They were spraying bug spray all over themselves and running away from them and squealing. The Most Miserly Mom came to the rescue! I calmed their fears, explained the harmless nature of the love bugs to as many tourists as I could, and let them go on their way to enjoy the Theme Parks and all that there was to offer.
So spread the word! Love bugs don't hurt! They just love.
